Day 28. “When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.”

I remember a time when all I did was fret about the future, and that’s when my body and soul hardened. Now I have access to presence, and I’m opening more and more each day in my strength and in my ease, because of that. Even last night in practice, I played like a kid for the first time in a while. More smiles now. 🙂
