Just Be: STRONG
Today, I express STRENGTH through variations of Chaturanga Dandasana. I chose this one, because I find that I have to build my strength through whole person foundation work. This pose requires the use of the entire body from feet up through the thighs and core out to the supported head and steady gaze. Even the adaptation with the knees on the ground is a full body investigation. This pose is the foundation for all the funky stuff, including arm balances and inversions. It is one of the essentials without which I might be lost.
In my clothes free journey, I am finding that I have to build my strength through persistent self-study of my whole person. I have to cultivate the foundation of who I am and how I show up in my life in my physical world as well as here online. This has been one of the biggest challenges for me, because I see so many points of views, schools of thought, interpretations and routes. It is essential that I cultivate and nourish the nuts and bolts of who I am inside and out, body and soul, that I build the strength to become fully and authentically self-expressed in this lifestyle.
