UC San Diego students defend art class’s nude final exam
UC San Diego students are defending the art class that requires them to get nude as part of their final exam.
The story broke Friday when a mother complained that her daughter felt uncomfortable with the requirement.
The student said she’s required to strip naked, with her classmates and professor.
“Everyone’s going to be naked,” said student Ricardo Ales. “It’s nothing. She’s not being singled out. She’s not being abused. There’s nothing sexual about it.”
The mother called a tv station outraged, saying, “There’s a perversion going on here…shame on him and shame on the university.”
curators note: Take time to look at the comments below the article, this is the distorted view of the clothes free body that “civilized” society has wrought.
