A few weeks ago we put the call out for clothes free yogis who wanted to share their practice. Roxy answered the call.
Meet Roxy a clothes free yogini we think you should know.
This is a part of our on going series clothes free yogis you should know.

My life has always been on the go. I grew up in a military family where I embraced competition. Shortly after sustaining an injury that led me to seek alternative ways to exercise, I chose to look into barre and yoga. I can’t begin to explain the revelations I’ve had about myself both mentally and physically. Yoga has taught me to calm down and focus; it’s all about tiny, slow, fluid movements. This mindset has poured over into other aspects of my life as well. I can now see that the tiny little moments of our every day actions come together and create the bigger picture that is our life as a whole.
I decided to start doing clothes free yoga to take a step further outside of my comfort zone and see myself for who I am, stripped to the core with nothing to hide.
I never in a million years thought clothes free yoga would be as empowering as it is. I can see myself moving freely in the mirror, watching all the little muscles working together supporting each other creating a masterpiece as I move through the different poses. I think Eric Paskel said it best “Yoga- it’s not about tightening your ass. It’s about getting your head out of it”.
Roxy!!!!!! Wow! What a story…what a bod. I look up to women like you. Go Vols #vfl
I’ve been wanting to start yoga for a while, if i could find a clothes free class in southwestern Indiana I’d be there in a heartbeat. Really don’t want to waste money on “yoga” clothes when I don’t need to wear any at all!
Reblogged this on All Nudist.
I’ve always thought yoga in this country was rather esoteric.
But as time goes by, I think more and more about it and Tai Chi.
Being without clothes is not a problem, but a joy.
So how do I start???
