The organiser of a naked bike ride in Colchester on Saturday has said the event was well received by the people participants met on the journey.
The ride was held as a protest highlighting the dependency on oil, the vulnerability of cyclists on the road and to promote the idea of positive body image.
The World Naked Bike Ride event took in a large section of the town, passing near Colchester and Colchester Town railway stations, Castle Park and the River Colne.
Robert Brown from the event said it had gone off without incident.
