  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • bunch of spinach (frozen)
  • 1 pear
  • 2 kiwi
  • 2 tbl chia seed
  • 0.5 dl coconut milk
  • A little water

Optional add ginger or protein powder (ex rice protein)

Use berries and seeds as toppings
