In this week’s episode of Naked Soul Reflection, we look at letting go of what is not you.
As many folks who enjoy clothes free living have remarked, one of the benefits of taking off your clothes is the feeling of removing layers to be your true self. This can also help us practice taking off and letting go of unnecessary stresses.
I observed many times in my life where I choose to take on additional stresses unnecessarily. I might see a space I think I have to clean, or a problem at work I think I have to address. I’ll take on so many things that, by the end of the day, I’m completely depleted from all the stresses I’ve chosen to wear.
This week, I invite you to see where in your life you choose to wear too many stresses. Think of some ways to take them off and put them down in order to find peace and balance.
