It’s pretty well known nudists have nothing to hide. Reply Matt December 13, 2016 0 I’m honestly not sure what it has to do with nudism/naturism at all . . . when I first heard about it, relating it to nudism was the furthest thought from my mind, and even after thinking about it, there isn’t much I can personally come up with that I could talk about regarding any link. I just feel like its people having fun, i didn’t get any sort of overtly sexual vibe from what I’ve seen of it, so maybe that’s good in a way??? Idk . . . Reply EarlD December 13, 2016 0 Think you are right not really connection but some gravitate to anything that involves being naked and try to claim as naturist/nudist Reply Matt December 14, 2016 0 I think THAT hurts the cause more that people realize; trying to create links to nudism/naturism where there shouldn’t be. Sometimes, being naked is just about being naked, and there’s no greater purpose to it. I’ve seen lots of people bashing this one finger selfie thing, and if I wasn’t already a nudist, I’d probably think that we aren’t a very fun bunch for raising such a stink about this new fad that wont’ even be around next week . . . Reply Alan Christensen December 13, 2016 0 Opportunity. Great opportunity to discuss nudist and question why we hide parts of our bodies. Reply Garry B December 13, 2016 0 The irony of skillful single finger mirror placement,is that it effectively sanitizes #nude pics for FB to accept them Reply EarlD December 13, 2016 0 Not sure it does Instagram which is owned by FB has blocked the hashtag Reply Garry B December 13, 2016 0 Exhibitiionist Dares dont strive 2 promote positive #naturist #bodyacceptance.A fad,it doesn’t strive 2 found permanence Reply EarlD December 13, 2016 0 Thanks for sharing your view Reply NatureBoy December 19, 2016 0 Agreed. It does nothing to normalize or make real life nudity more accepted. Instead it is another outlet for exhibitionist dares. I do think that all the naked pictures people are posting are changing attitudes towards nudity in younger people. But I’m not sure it’s changing that attitude to something healthy and in line with naturism. i.e. It may be becoming acceptable and normal to have “naughty” pictures out there on the internet, but still not acceptable to sunbathe nude.
