Today I share with you the launch of Wellness Weekendat

This seed dropped in me a while ago, but required a bit of development in my heart. At the time, I found myself reading or observing many things that simply did not resonate with me. Whether unproductive arguments, less than desirable behavior among nudists or too much negative news, I needed light. I needed to find a way to engage positive topics again. So, I stepped back for a while to think about what, at my core, inspires me. What makes me smile, feel good, laugh, think, and change in positive ways? Wellness is one thing!

So, every weekend, I will share with you something I discover in wellness connected to my clothes free life. To be honest, simple clothes free living IS a wellness practice for me! So, all other elements will connect with that. Look for topics on meditation, yoga, eating, nature, mindfulness books, and more. Simple positive bites to kick off the week.

I mean, many of us know the phrase “TGIF.” Perhaps we participate in the chorus of groans waiting for the weekend. So, let’s flip that around and launch our weekends with goodness.
