The PERKS of Going Bra(less) (via lifexerin)

Today’s post is very important to me because of it’s power in my own life.

For the past 4 months I can probably count on 2 hands how many times I’ve worn a bra. #freethenipple It’s been THE BEST. I will say, it’s something I wanted to do for a while but felt self conscious about. If you’re not ready to let it all out in public, you can still get the benefits during down time in the comfort of your home.

Setting aside some intentional time to take care of your boobies will add to their health, wellbeing, and give you an extra dose of self love.

In addition to these tips you should visit your doctor for regular check ups, self screen at home, eat a diet high in nutrients, get your sweat on regularly, and manage your stress levels.
