A man has settled all citations after Texas Game Wardens say he was caught hunting in the nude.
The Upshur County man was arrested by a game warden while hunting in the bare along a state highway in Gregg County. Of course, he did not have a hunting license on him.
The man is apparently a well-known nudist/activist. Wardens said his case fell apart when the warden’s body-cam footage was play for the county judge. During the testimony, the judge viewed only a few seconds of the video and walked out. He ruled in the state’s favor.
Wardens said the man cancelled all appeals and settled his citations of hunting without a license, shooting across a property line and disorderly conduct.
