We came across this awesome looking snack suggestion on twitter from the naked vegan runner. it seemed such a flavorful snack that we wanted to share. Perfect snack after a workout or run.

- beet root wedges
- soya sausage
- potato wedges
- spicy humus (red pepper or your choice) for dipping
Directions
